Myron Mixon has been around the BBQ block. “Jack’s Old South is a fixture on the Memphis in May circuit and has garnered numerous awards and notoriety for the their BBQ. You can catch him on the ‘Pit Master’ series that is currently running on TV.

We have had the opportunity to cook against them on more than one occasion and the pleasure to chat about BBQ a couple of times in Memphis, Lynchburg and even Canada. He is the consummate southern gentleman, a” Good Ole Boy” and an excellent cook.

I would like to give you a peek at Myron during a recent appearance on late night TV. His recipes are noteworthy for the fact…”They taste fantastic” and he can hold his own with the best of them when it comes to joking around.
