The National Chicken Council reports that Super Bowl weekend is by far the biggest time of the year for wings. Based on their statistical data, more than 1 billion wing portions will be consumed during Super Bowl weekend, or more than 90 million pounds of wings. WOW!!! That’s a lot of wings!
