Yes, and we will provide any/all papers you may want/need for your event at your request. Apple Creek Catering is registered, insured and fully licensed to do your event.

We have a 8 person minimum and a 24 student maximum. Individual attention is the key to people getting the most out of a BBQ class. We have at least 1 and usually 2 instuctors per 8 attendees and it has proven to be the best ratio to both learn championship BBQ and teach it.

Any user may view the Photo Galleries, but only registered users can upload pictures to the Photo Galleries.

Click the button that says Photo Gallery in the Main Menu, this will take you to the photo galleries.

There is a display of available photo albums; you can choose to look in any album that is displayed in this selection.

There are a selection of Random photos and a selection of the latest photos that have been uploaded.

To start if you want to upload photos you need to create an album to put them in.

Click the TAB that says Create/order my albums, this will bring you to the Album Manager. Select a category from the drop down box, (My Gallery, No Category, BBQ Events, Catering, Firewood, Miscellaneous)
This will be the top layer of placement for the photos.

Click the button marked "New" bottom right hand corner of the form, a highlighted line with the words New album will appear in the box, and bellow it will appear the same words in another box, type the name of the album into the small box below the larger box, this will change the text in the bigger box too! Then click the "Apply Modifications" button below the box you just filled in.

You will get a popup asking if you want to apply the modifications, click the OK, a new page titled Album Manager will appear and it will say "Creating album XXXXX" (where XXXX is the title you gave the new album). There will be a "CONTINUE" button, click this button.

You have now created that album, you can enter that album by clicking on the icon, then click one of the links that says either, "Upload picture, or Upload more pictures", if you click the first it allows you to load 1 picture at a time, if you click the second it allows you to load 4 pictures at a time.

Load the album with photos, from your computer 4 at a time.

Registered members have just under 10 MB of space available, guests are not able to upload photos, if photos are above a PG content, they will be removed by the webmaster, and the user may be warned, or banned at our discretion.

The sight of the huge pit smoking away is always a hit with any event. The menu you choose will have a lot to do with how, when, and where we prepare your selections. We perfer to cook on site and you may contact us for details.

Wow, what a tough question, and what a spot to be put in! Memphis certainly is a challenge, different tastes... that southern thing, and The Jack... all the top USA BBQ judges are there, Ireland... almost all trained European chefs... but I would have to say I had more butterflies, I was more nervous and really concerned about my food when I cooked for my Grandmother at her 100th birthday party in Wisconsin. Both her and her mom taught me the love of good food and she had never had BBQ before.
